Photos of stone gargoyles attached to the walls of the Abbey Scottish 13th Century, caused a major stir on the Internet. The fact that one of the monsters had a striking resemblance to the monster from the Alien Movie directed by Ridley Scott.
Once this was noticed by one photographer, public attention to the ancient Gothic building increased dramatically. However, the Reverend Alan Brisset of Paisley Abbey has dispelled many occult and paranormal theories that have appeared on the web.
